The 20th Council meeting of the European Pirate Party is ***scheduled to take place in hybrid form on the 31st of January 2026***. The board has approved an offer from the Slovenian Pirate Party to host the Council meeting in Ljubljana.

**Schedule**

The Council meeting will be held in hybrid format on the 31st. The meeting will start at 09:00 CET. A detailed schedule will be communicated at a later date.

Our Slovenian hosts will organize a pre-event featuring our MEP Markéta Gregorova on Friday the 30st.
There is no scheduled activities on the 1st of February.

**Agenda**

Any Member can suggest items for the agenda of the Council meetings. Please submit items for the agenda to the Board, either by email or by posting them in - thread to be communicated - on Discourse.


**Nominations**

During the Council Meeting, the 11th Board will be elected. Deadline for nominations is Wednesday the 31st of December.
