Unnar Þór Sæmundsson is a member of the Icelandic Pirate party where he has sat on the Executive Board several times and once as the Treasurer. 

He has been an active member in the past 3 election campaigns and is a strong grassroots organizer. 

Unnar is currently a student pursuing a degree in law and he currently sits on the CoC council.
