European Pirates Conference is supposed to take place on 20, 21 and 22th March 2014.
The goal is to attract several hundreds of European Pirates and to talk about the upcoming EU elections campaign.
Young Pirates of Europe will participate on Friday with us. On Saturday they are going to use their venue.

Thursday: Evening opening schedule 18-21h
Friday: Visitors group in the morning - 9-10:30
Friday: Conference starts at 11
Friday: 11-12:30 The founding conference.
Friday: 12:30 - 13:30 Press conference with the Board
Friday: 14:00 - 20:00 Afternoon session
Friday: 20:00 - ? Social event
Saturday: Manifestation during the day - 10-13.
Saturday: 14:00-20:00 The YPE conference.

Money stuff
There will be two separate budgets - the European Pirates conference and the Youth Pirates conference.
We will have to organize mass booking in a hotel like Euroflat for many rooms. Communication with the hotel will be necessary. The larger rooms the better.
Visitors group will come and accomodation will be organized for these people as well.
Panels definition
These are definitions of all of the 8 panels that will take place during the PPEU Conference. We have already a possibility to have a liquid lobbying - advocacy group speech there and it should be fitted somewhere.
