• There is a new version of VoteIT. Tony prefers not to update due to something broken with the new version. (the upgrade seems to not work for our version)
• Set up a trial board meeting with VoteIT (to learn ourselves how it works)
• PIRATES treasurer (Sven) must talk to other treasurers about membership fee
• Create online meeting in VoteIT
• Recover two statute versions proposals from Google docs → DONE
• Version on github → correct

• We were really tight on some of the time periods, because we had no margin before the end of the year, but we're ok now, so I propose that we take the same model in terms of steps and just add one or two days per item, to make sure that people don't have to be online at a particular time to vote.
