The procedure for compiling the data is

  1. Step 1:
    1. assign persons to programmes
    2. copy & paste those programmes into the corresponding sections of the various pads. Create a new one if there is no suitable one.
    3. state “no position” in those pads for which the programme does not have a position statement
    4. translate into the pads
  2. Step 2:
    1. assign persons to topics (partly done)
    2. extract information
    3. identify and separate the conflicting parts
    4. move to more abstract level if necessary
    5. identify and separate the common parts
  3. Step 3:
    1. update with newly joining party programmes (e.g rare languages)
    2. continuous
