The procedure for compiling the data is
- Step 1:
- assign persons to programmes
- copy & paste those programmes into the corresponding sections of the various pads. Create a new one if there is no suitable one.
- state “no position” in those pads for which the programme does not have a position statement
- translate into the pads
- Step 2:
- assign persons to topics (partly done)
- extract information
- identify and separate the conflicting parts
- move to more abstract level if necessary
- identify and separate the common parts
- Step 3:
- update with newly joining party programmes (e.g rare languages)
- continuous
