It is the presentation that we will also have on Monday, the 19th, to kick of our campaign starting on the 20th We think it can be used to talk about how much time and money were put in planning such a campaign, where outsourcing makes sense, and how many and what kind of people to involve, … Example pic of our thematical flyers: http://t.co/tp3r6KZv campaign details: http://ideenkopierer.de ==== Keynote ==== Should there be a keynote as a media event? Samir proposes Jens Seipenbusch as a keynote speaker There is going to media there on sunday (afternoon), saturday should be more of a roundtable workshop → no keynote as such (i'll bring 5 minutes worth stuff for backup in case) ==== Proposal by Samir: Researcher on information technology ==== Proposal: PHD researcher on technolotical means for social change & Democracy. short talk on information policy topics Samir is going to ask him to come, may need a couch to stay We will ask him to come if there aren't a lot of campaign-related topics ==== Roundtable discussion: European Citizens' Initiative ==== maybe participants can prepare ideas on whether there should be an ECI and on what topic ==== Roundtable discussion: time planning - from Rome to the election ==== about 1 to 1.5 hours are we going to have regular campaign meetings? Who is going to organise them? etc. ==== Presentation & discussion: Euroliquid ==== Presentation by Pirate Party Italy about 1 to 1.5 hours ==== Discussion round: spontaneous ideas/non-set items ==== 1 hour ==== Discussion round: media strategy ==== ==== Discussion round: how to distribute means and to help each other out ==== ==== (suggestion) Campaign material sharing task-force ==== We should create a task-force that will harmonize the campaign materials. It would ease the translation of each PP's interesting material and sharing, provided we synchronize software and licences used. A meeting to discuss these details or at least start a dedicated task-force that will coordonate this could be useful. I agree, but that could be done in a subsequent conference mid-2013.
