What is necessary to build an EU Pirate Party?

Our main goal at the moment is to prepare the discussion about PPEU at the PPI conference in Prague. Most of us hope that we can do a second conference this year to set up PPEU formally. Where that conference should take place is unclear so far, Luxembourg, France, Germany and Spain were mentioned. To discuss this topic go to European Pirate Party conferences

There is a PPEU-mumble channel on the so called “NRW-Mumble” of PP-DE. On this server you can talk to 100 to 400 (mostly German) Pirates each evening. There's an “international” channel on that server and PPEU is a subchannel there. If you follow PPI closely, you probably know that server. If not, you can find information about Mumble here:
