====== 2013 European Pirates Statutes Conference in Warsaw ======

Here you will find the first information for the **European Pirates Conference** in Warsaw on the **27th-28th July2013**.

Please note that this Conference will be focused on **discussing the European Pirate Party statutes and preparing final draft of the statues**. After that the Countries will decide and found PP-EU

Please check this page occasionally for updated information.

===== Purpose =====

The fourth PPEU conference aims at continuing the efforts to create a joint political party at European level. This is not the Founding Conference but the Statues Draft will be Final for ratification for countries.

===== Registration =====

To register for the Conference, just fill and send the [[.:registration|registration form]].

Please note that due to space limitations, and to ensure representation from all pirate parties, preference will be given to official delegates.

Registration is open until 21th July 2013 (later registration cannot be guaranteed). Register every member of your Party who come to the Confrence, not only official delegate.

===== Sponsoring =====

Since we find it very important that all parties are represented regardless of their available funds, we have organised the possibility that individual pirates sponsor delegates that don't have the means to pay for the trip.

Please, just indicate in the registration form that you request sponsoring or that you are willing to sponsor another pirate, as well as the particular amount, and we will mutually provide the sponsor and the sponsored pirate their contact email so they can agree and make any necessary arrangements.

The closest airports are Warsa Chopin Airport and Warsaw Modlin Airport. Due to construction work till the end of August 2013 all planes are landing at the same airport Warsaw Chopin Airport.

There are regional trains (SKM) and buses (line 175). You should bu ticket for 3 days (4 Eur) and it is valid for everything within the city (trains, regional trains, buses, trams...)

The stop close to the centre is called "Centrum" for trains and buses is the same place.

All the main train stations are located inside Warsaw and linked to multiple metro and SKM lines. Metro, tram, bus and SKM travel inside Warsaw can all be paid by the same ticket.

The best way to book hotel in the best price is to contact our friend who has a company that books hotels.
For that use an email: info@sp-h.pl and in email title PP-EU Warsaw (than there is no fee and prices are better than in booking.com)
Send him message with what dates you need, how many people and the price you're able to pay, he will help to find proper hotels.
