+There will be two separate budgets - the European Pirates conference and the Youth Pirates conference.
+We will have to organize mass booking in a hotel like Euroflat for many rooms. Communication with the hotel will be necessary. The larger rooms the better.
+Visitors group will come and accomodation will be organized for these people as well.
