Dear Members of the Board,
As the International Coordinator of Pirati (pirati.io), which is currently an Observer Member in PP-EU, I would like to ask the Council for admission as an Ordinary Member, following the Statutes' change detailed in the attachments.
Attached to this email you will find:
1. statutes_registration.pdf: the original documents in Italian presented to the Italian Tax Authority (Agenzia delle Entrate), with the Minutes of Meeting that authorized the Statutes' cpirati-statutes.pdfhange (pages 1-3) and the new registered Statutes (page 5).
2. Pirati-Statutes.pdf: the English translation of the new Statutes. In particular, the change is in Article 1, and calls explicitly for participation in elections as a means of performing the Association's activities.
