Founding meeting What are the (the differences of the) regulations / laws in the most probable funding countries (Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, France)? Is it legally possible to fund a PPEU as a remote delegate? Or to vote on topics, if there aren't any rules for the procedure yet?

Depends, I think. Happened so with PPI (Spain and Ireland: http://int.piratenpartei.de/wiki/images/a/a6/Statutes_of_the_Pirate_Parties_International.pdf ) Still, I would NOT recommend it.| | | | |
