Mab in the comment section: A representative for the Estonian Pirate Party sent an email to the Board, just before the start of the previous Council meeting to switch the status of the Estonian PIrate Party from full member to Observer member. Due to this request coming too late to be addressed at that Council meeting it is on the agenda of this one instead
